Our company was founded in 2021 with the goal of assisting and helping travellers in obtaining a travel permit or visa in a field where the information and application process can be very opaque. Our main value is transparency and customer satisfaction. Our fees is therefore always visible and clearly stated when using our service.
Our company have offices in Hong Kong, from where our team do a constant effort to make your travels smoother and convenient. We have all tried visiting a country with hard-to-understand visa and permit rules. Our team is always ready to assist you in applying for the correct visa or permit. We can either apply on your behalf physically at the embassy or by lodging an application on the official website of the country you wish to visit. Our service fee depends on which service or visa you wish to apply for. Starting from 69 USD in a refundable service fee, which means that if you are not happy with our services, then we will fully refund our service fee.
Whenever a customer is not satisfied with our services, they are eligible for a full refund of our service fee. However, a refund of the consular expenses, is only possible if your application have not been processed on the time of your inquiry. A refund will be visible on your bank account within 2-10 working days. Sometimes the refund will show up on your bank account in the form of a “reversal”. This means that the original payment is simply deleted from your bank statement, as in the word “reversed”.
